Hua Li 华黎 was born in China. |
|
|
1989 |
He entered the School of Architecture at Tsinghua University in Beijing China. |
|
1994 |
He graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Architecture. |
|
1996 |
He completed the Master's program in Architecture while working as a freelance designer. |
|
1997 |
After graduating, he moved to the United States, and enrolled at the Yale University |
|
School of Architecture in New Haven. |
|
|
1999 |
Graduated with a Master's degree, he joined various architectural firms in New York : |
|

- The Westfourth Architecture |

- The Herbert Beckhard - Frank Richlan & Associés New York. |
|
2003 |
He returned to China, and founded with a friend : U.A.S. (Universal Architecture Studio), |
|
and began teaching at the Central Academy of Fine Arts in Beijing. |
|
|
He then created his own firm, TAO (Trace Architecture Office), in Beijing. |
