	Xie Jiankun graduated from Syracuse University with MFA degree
	in photography.

2006	He had his first exhibition in Syracuse.

2007	He received the Joan Mitchell Foundation Grant.
	*He was in residency at the Atlantic* Center for the Arts in Florida.**Atlantic, en Floride

2012	He worked as a curator as well as an artist.

2013	*He was one of the curatorial executive assisting the curator Hou Hanru,*
	for the international exhibition Autonomous Region at Guangdong Times Museum.

	He is living and working in U.S.A. and China.
