Zhu Xiaofeng 祝晓峰 was born in Shanghai China.

He went to the United States and entered the Graduate School of Design

After working for five years in the KPF architectural firm in New York, he decided

to return to Shanghai and create his own firm: the Scenic Architecture Office

currently composed of 20 architects.

Located at the intersection of two rivers, the building with its stone retaining wall
|
| |
and its glass wall on the river side fits perfectly into the landscape.

Located besides the highway from Shanghai to Zhujiajiao, with a 30,000 sqm green

land park and two renovated factory buildings inside as club restaurants,

- A local wooden screen, folded vertically, allows a visual effect between the interior
|
| |
and the exterior and creates a cavity for air conditioners..
|
| |
- Brick walls are used on the west facade to prevent the noise from the traffic
|
| |

Organized around a central atrium with a glass roof, its glass facades open the building

up to the environment and thus invite people to visit.

For this office complex with a large green area and six century-old camphor treesires
|
| |
the building was raised to the 2nd floor, to maximize the green space on the ground
|
| |
and establish an interactive relationship, while protecting them.
|

This project won the Far Eastern Architectural Design - ThrArchitizer A+ Prize and the WAACA
|
| |
WA Technological Innovation Prize.2014
