Zhou Shichao 周仕超 was born on November 24, in Qingdao, Shandong Province China.
|
|
|
His family was originally from Shanxi.
|
|
|
|

|
- Studies
|
| |
His parents, both doctors, soon recognized his interest in drawing.
|
|
1977
|
After college, they enrolled him in the studio of painter Wang Qingping (1938 ),
|
| |
where he stood out from the others.
|
| |
|
|
1981-1985
|
After high school, he attended the studio of watercolor painter Yuan Yufang (1950),
|
|
|
then studied at the Shandong college of Arts in Jinan.
|
| |
|
|
1989
|
Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in mural painting, he began teaching.
|
| |
|
|
1994
|
He was appointed Professor of Visual Arts at the Jinan School of Fine Arts.
