Wei Luo 罗维 was born in Shenzhen, Gungdong Pprovince China.

She learned to play the piano at the age of five with Kang Yongze.

|

The following year, she gave her first recital.

- At the age of 9, she moved to Shanghai with her mother and enrolled in

the Conservatory of Music.

She studied for two years under the direction of Tang Zhe.

She made her debut with the Shanghai Philharmonic Orchestra.

She performed Prokofief's Concerto No. 3 under the direction of Muhai Tang;

Accompanied by her mother, she continued her studies in the United States at the Curtis

Institute in Philadelphia, under the direction of Gary Graffman and Robert McDonald.
