Lin Chiwei 林其蔚 was born in Taipei Taiwan.

He studied at the Fujen Catholic University ( Literature Department ).

With other students : Steve Chan - Singing Liu - Po-Li Liu, he founded ZSLO,

|
|
( Zero and Sound Liberation Organization ), the First noise group in Taiwan,

using materials and objects to produce music.

He co-organized the first large taiwanese post-industrial events : Broken Life Festival
