Helen Huang  黄海伦 was born in October, in  Ibaraly  Japan.

  Her parents were from Taiwan.

1985

The family moved to the United States.

1987

She began studying piano and the following year won the concerto competition.

   

1992

She entered the Manhattan School of Music

1995

She performed with the New York Philharmonic Orchestra, under the direction of

 

Kurt Masur ( 1927-2015 )

 

She continued her concerts in Asia, Japan and North America.

   

 

She studied at the Julia School with Yoheved Kaplinsky.

2004

After graduating, she continued her Master's studies at Yale under the guidance

 

of  Peter Frankl..

   
  She lives in New-Jersey United States.
