Zhang Defeng 张德峰 was born in Beijing, China.

He studied Sculpture at the Central Academy of Fine Arts, Beijing. |

he obtained his Bachelor. |

He won the KAAD special Art Scholarship and continued his studies at the Fine Arts

Academy in Nuremberg Germany.

1995
|
He cooperated with Yan Minghong, to make the sculpture Gate for the bank of Nuremberg.

1999
|
His work Song of the Sun and the Moon, was selected to the Hope of the New Century |

Urban Sculpture exhibition in Beijing and won the Excellence award and Top Ten

Program Program award.

He travelled to Europe and visited the Venice Biennial, Italy. .
