Ma Yansong 马岩松 was born on November 26, in Beijing China.

He studied at Beijing Technical University of Civil Engineering and Architecture.

After graduation, he continued his studies at Yale University in New Haven United States
|
| |
He graduated with a Master's degree in Architecture.
|
| |
|
| |
He started to work in different architectural firms :

| |
in the United Kingdom, at Zaha Hadid Architects in London..
|
| |
in the United States, at Eisenman Architects in New York.
|

He created an international architectural firm with offices in Bejing, Los Angelès,

New York, then Tokyo and Dubai.

With the Danish artist Olafur Eliasson, he created the installation Feelings are Facts
