Liao Chen-Chung 廖建忠 was born in Taipei Taiwan.

He studied at the National Institute of Arts in Taipei.

He graduated with a Bachelor's degree. ( Fine Arts department )

|
|
He formed with five of his friends the National Oxygen group, in order to create
|

works with a different concept. A first exhibition was organized in the Yitong Park.
|
| |

| |
He works with wood, metal, and plays on the ambiguity between real objects
|
| |
and simulations.
|
| |

| |
He is at the origin of the brand of handmade furnitures : Outside Production.
