Huang Poren 黃柏仁 was born in Taichung Taiwan.
|
|
|
|
His father and grandfather are at the head of a large woodcarving exporting
|
|
factory, guarded by dogs from Taiwan.
|
|
|
|
He studied sculpture at Fu-Hsin Trade & Arts School inTaipei.
|
|
|
|
After graduating, he participated in many exhibitions.
|
1999
|
He won the First Prize at the Central Taiwan Arts exhibition Taichung Taiwan.
|
|
|
2005
|
Inspired by the Taiwanese dogs of his family, he created an artistic concept
|
|
with his series The Dog Notes which made him known.
|
|
|
|
