Luo Xü 罗旭 was born in Mile County, in South of Yunnan Province China.

1972
|
After Junior High school, he was assigned to a job in the porcelain factory..
|

|
1977
|
He joined the construction team.
|

|
|
1979
|
He began to learn painting in his spare time to take the admission examination
|
| |
to Art Academy. |
| |
|
|
1988
|
After three attempts, he learnt sculpture from Mister Qian Shaowu, in Beijing. |
| |
|
|
1989
|
Back to Mile, he launched himself in sculpture production with clay and wood,
|
| |
focused on the life of the ethnics groups.
|
| |

1990
|
First solo exhibition at the Yunnan Arts Gallery. |
