Jiang Bibo 江碧波 was born in Guizhou. Her family was native of Ningbo,

Zhejiang Province China.

Her father, Jiang Mi 江敉 a popular painter and wood engraver, gave her

She studied at the Sichuan Academy of Fine Arts, in Chongqing.
