1931

Han Yu  韩羽 was born on February 10, in Liaocheng, Shandong Province, China.

 

He became interested in painting at a very young age.

   

1948

He was engaged in artistic propaganda.

   

1950

He created his first comic strips, which were published in the Hebei Daily.

   

1961

He was transferred to the Hebei Provincial Art Studio where he made book illustrations.

   

1975

He taught at the Hebei School of Arts and Crafts.

   

1980

He drew the characters of the cartoon Three Monks and was part of the delegation

 

visiting Japan.

   

1983

He is the editor of the Hebei Fine Art Publishing House.
