Guo Yingguang 郭盈光 was born in Liaoning Province, in North-East of China. |
| After Elementary School, she moved to Beijing, with her family. | |

She studied photography at the Communication University of China. |
|
2007 |
Graduated with a Bachelor' degree, she worked as a photojournalist for : |
|
China Daily and Global Times while collaborating with Reuters Agency. |
|
|
2015 |
After the photo reportage, she turned to art photography and she moved to study |
| in L.C.C. ( London College of Communication ) | |
|
Her works revolve around social problems in contemporary China : women to marry, |
|
|
arranged marriages. |
|
|
2017 |
She graduated with a Master's degree, with honours, from the University of Arts |
| in London. | |
|
Her work Bliss of Conformity, was nominated at the Discovery Award of the International |
|
|
Photography Festival Jimei x Arles and she won the Jimei x Arles - Madame Figaro Women |
|
|
Photographers Award. |
