Chang Yung Ho 张永和 was born on April 18th in Beijing, China.

He studied at the Nanjing Institute of Technology, now known South-East University.

He went to study in the United States.

He graduated with a Bachelor's degree ( Environmental Design ), from the University

of Ball State, Indiana.

He graduated with a Master's degree ( Architecture department ) , from the University
|
| |
of California, Berkeley.
|
| |
|
|
|
He began teaching at Harvard University, then Michigan, finally at MIT Architecture,

| |
Massachusetts..
|
| |
|
|
1993
|
After 15 years in the United States, he returned to China and created the first Chinese
|
| |
private architecture firm, Atelier Feichang Jianzhu in Beijing . ( FCJZ )
|
| |
|
|
1997
|
He published a monography of his works : Feichang Architecture.

| |
He participated in numerous international exhibitions as an installations artist

and architect - Venice Biennial ( 2000 ) ( 2002 )
