Angela Su 徐世琪 pinyin Xu Shiqi

1958

 Angela Su was born in Hong Kong.

 

  

 

 She studied Biochemistry at the University of Toronto, in Canada.
   

1990

Graduated, she turned to studies of Art.
   

1994

 She obtained a Bachelor in Visual Arts from the Ontario College of Art, Canada.
   
 

In her works including drawing, video, performance, installation, she investigates

 

the perception and imagery of the body, through metamorphosis and hybridity.
   

2014

She is one of the seven most influential Asian female artists according to Art Radar.
   
  She lives and works in Hong Kong, China.
