	Tsai Yin Tang 蔡荫堂 pinyin Cai Yintang
1909	Tsai Yin Tang 蔡荫堂 ( 1909-1998 ) was born in Hsinpu, Hsinchu County Taiwan.

	He studied Economy in Japan, at the Kyoto Imperial University, while attending Art
	classes.

1935	Back in Taiwan, after graduating, he studied under Li Shiqiao ( 1908-1995 ).

1953	After teaching at the Secondary School in Hsinchu, he was appointed Director
	of Academic Affairs, in Taitung.

	He participated actively in the development of Art by organizing exhibitions,
	and by creating an association of oil painting.

1977	He moved to the United Sates, and settled in Freemont California.

1998	He died in Freemont, at the age of 89.
