Qiu Anxiong 邱黯雄 was born in Sichuan Province, in South-western China.

1994

He graduated from the Sichuan Fine Arts Institute.

He studied for five years at the Art School of Cassel University, Germany.
|

|
2003
|
After graduation, he returned to China and taught at the Normal University,

| |
of East China, Shanghai.
|
| |

He received the Contemporary Chinese Art Prize.

He was one of the founding members of the Unknown Museum, a platform

or dialogue in different disciplines: Art, Sociology, Science, Architecture...
