Fei Yifu 费以复 ( 1913-1982 ) was born in Jiangsu province, China. |

He studied at the Art Institute of Suzhou ( oil painting department ), under |
|
|
the supervision of Lü Sibai and Yan Wenliang. |

1936 |
He graduated. |
|
1953 |
After teaching at the Central Academy of Art, he was appointed associate |
|
|
professor at the Zhejiang Academy of Fine Arts in Hangzhou.. |

He participated in the 2nd National Art Exhibition. |
|
1982 |
On the way back from a trip to Dunhuang, to draw, he fell ill and died. |
