Bai Ming was born in Yugan, Jiangxi Province, in China.
He graduated from the ceramic department of the Central Institute of Handicrafts
and Fine Arts of Tsinghua University.
He gave numerous lectures: in Switzerland (2002 ), in the United States ( 2005 ) and ( 2009),
in France ( 2009 ).
His ceramics, which are a synthesis of Chinese artistic tradition and modernity by their
forms and decors, revitalize contemporary Chinese creation.
