Li Zhongyao 李中耀 was born in Shanghai, China.

He studied painting at Nanjing Normal University.

After his master's degree, he continued his studies at the Academy of Fine Arts in Nanjing.

He taught there for one year then he went to study in France.
|
| |
He obtained a D.E.A. ( Diploma of Advanced Studies ) in Fine Art from the University

from Paris I, Panthéon-Sorbonne.

He took part to numerous exhibitions in France. |
