He Qin 何琴 naît en Chine.

Pendant plusieurs années, elle s'intéresse à la Musique, à la Littérature anglaise, |

à la Mode, puis à la Langue anglaise. |

|
|
1996
|
Elle part au Royaume-Uni, étudier la Mode à l'Université Kingston de Londres.
|
|
|
Déçue, elle abandonne l'année suivante pour se tourner vers la Photographie.
|
| |
|
|
|
Après deux ans de travail intensif en chambre noire, elle réussit à s'exprimer |
| |
pleinement à travers la photographie. Sa voie est trouvée. |

" At Kingston University, I deciced to make " The Body " the suject |

of my final project. but it was difficult to find suitable models and |

so, at an early stage, I used of my own body to experiment with |

the lighting ideas and the image design.These " experiments "

enabled me to explore my ideas about photography as a medium |

for drawing and painting with light." |
