Tsong Pu 莊普 naît à Shanghai, en Chine et arrive à Taiwan, dès l'âge de deux ans.

Il est diplômé de l'École Supérieure des Beaux-Arts de San Fernando à Madrid,

Après huit ans passés en Espagne, il revient s'installer à Taiwan et devient
