1980

Yingdi Sun  孙颖迪 was born in Shanghai  China.  

 

At a very young age, he won the Third Prize in the National Piano Competition.

 

 

2001

He entered the Shanghai Conservatory.

 

He studied with Professor Sheng Yi-Qi and participated in Master classes with Philippe

 

Entremont and Xu Zhong,

   

2004

The Yamaha scholarship allowed him to play as a chamber musician, in concerts with

 

candidates of the Paganini and Tchaikovsky violin competition

 

Professor Leslie Howard (1948) helped him prepare for the 7th Franz Liszt Piano Competition.

 

 

2005

Winner of the 7th Franz Liszt Piano Competition in Utrecht, he set off on a two-year world
