1962

Liu Dahong  刘大鸿 was born in Qingdao, Shandong Province  China.

He studied at the Shandong University of the Arts.

He joined the Zhejiang Academy of Fine Arts, in Hangzhou.

1985

After his studies, he taught at the Normal University in Shanghai.

He became known wiith his Four Seasons series of paintings, very noticed

during his participation in the First Major exhibition, outside the country :

1993

30.01 28.02 China's New Art Post-1989  Hong Kong Art Centre  China,

then Taipei  Taiwan, Melbourne  Australia, London  United Kingdom,

Vancouver  Canada, and varoius cities of the United States. ( 1997 )

He lives and works in Shanghai  China.
