He abandoned his studies of Architecture for the Fine Arts.

He graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Art Chinese University of Hong Kong.

He graduated with a Master's degree in Fine Arts Chinese University of Hong Kong.

He was noticed from his first solo exhibitions :

with his drawings ( Femmes fatales 1995 ) and his paintings ( Fleshy 1998 )

He was awarded the Prize for Excellence at Hong Kong Art Biennial.
