Wei Jia 韦嘉 was born in Chengdu, in Sichuan Province, China.
|
|
|
|
|
|
He studied at the High School afiliated to the Sichuan Fine Arts Institute.
|
|
1999
|
Graduated,he moved to Beijing, to continue his studies at the Central Academy of Fine Arts.
|
| |
|
|
2002
|
He received a Master's degree, ( Print Making department ) from the C.A.F.A.
|
| |
|
|
|
He taught at Sichuan Fine Arts Institute and participated in numerous National |
| |
and International exhibitions. |
| |
|
|
|
After Print Making, he turned to oil painting and acrylic.
|
| |
He received several awards, notably the Gold Medal ( 2001) ( 2003 ). |
| |
|
| |
He lives and works in Chongqing, China.
