Shaih Lifa 谢里法 was born on March 27 in Taipei Taiwan. |

He graduated from the Taiwan Normal University ( Art department ) |

He went to France, in Paris. He followed evening classes at the school of drawing |

applied to Art and Industry in Montparnasse, learned the technique, under Jean Delpech |
||||||||||||||||||||

and studied sculpture at the french school of Fine Arts. ( E.S.B.A.) |
||||||||||||||||||||

1968 |
He went to the United States and settled in New York. |

He dedicated to lithograph and silkscreen printing. |
||||||||||||||||||||

1970 |
He studied photoengraving at the Pratt Graphic Centre and opened a workshop. |

He taught engraving at Seton Hall University in New Jersey. |

With Liao Shiouping and Chen Jinfang , he co-founded the Paris Cultural and Educational |
