Hua Jiming 华继明 was born in Huangshi, Hubei Province China.

He studied at the Fine Arts Institute in Hubei.

He graduated with a Bachelor's degree ( Fine Arts department ) |

|
He created the SHS Art group with which he explored Performance Art,
|
|
|
and oil painting.
|

|
2001

He moved to Beijing.
|
| |
|
| |
He became known for his humorous portraits of Mao, his parodies of Time Magazine,
|
| |
and especially for his large-scale, brightly colored historical collages depicting
|
| |
the history of Chinese Art and that of Western.
|
| |
|
| |
He lives and works in Beijing China. |
