1935

Zhu Naizheng  朱乃正 ( 1935-2013 ) was born on November 25 in Haiyan, Zhejiang

 

Province  China.

  He learnt calligraphy at a very young age.
   

1953

He studied oil painting at C.A.F.A. Beijing, under the guidance of Wu Zuoren, Wang Shikuo,

 

Ai Zhongxin and Wei Qimei.

   

1958

He graduated from the Central Academy of Fine Arts and was assigned to Qinghai

 

Province. He worked there for 21 years.

 

His oil paintings explore the nomadic life across the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.

   

1980

Transferred back to Beijing, he was assigned to teach at C.A.F.A.  and he served

 

as Vice-President.

   
 

He founded a research studio in calligraphy.

   

2012

15.07 31.07 The Black-and-white East and West - Research exhibition on thoughts

 

and the black and white artistic experiences of Zhu Naizheng Museum of the C.A.F.A. Beijing.

   

2013

He died on July 25, at the age of 77.
