Chu Hing-Wah 朱兴华 was born in Guangdong Province China.
|

1950
|
He moved to Hong Kong with his family. |
| |
|
|
1960/1965
|
He received training as a psychiatric nurse at Maudsley Hospital in London. |
|
|
He began to take an interest to Art, during his leisure time, by visiting Museums. |
| |
|
|
1968
|
Back in Hong Kong, he continued on this path and served in Castle Peak
|
|
|
psychiatric Hospital, then to Siu Lam, the hospital for the mentally retarded.
|
| |
|
|
1974
|
He attended for four years evening classes of Art and Design at the University
|
| |
of Hong Kong. ( Extra-mural studies Department )
|
| |
|
|
1983/1986
|
Very active, he was appointed President of the Hong Kong Visual Art Society.
|
|
|
|
|
1992
|
Retired, he decided to devote himself entrely to his career as an artist. |

|
| |
He lives and works in Hong Kong China. |
