1930

Quan Shanshi  全山石 was born in October in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province  China..

   

1950

He entered the Hangzhou Art School, then joined the Central Academy of Fine Arts

   

1954

He went to study for six years in the Soviet Union at the Academy of Fine Arts.

1960

Returning to China, he taught at the Zhejiang Academy of Fine Arts..

   

1961

From 02.06 to 10.07 with Luo Gongliu, he followed the three conferences organized

 

by the Associatin of Artists, on the creation revolutionary painting, and participated

 

in the discussions.

   
 

For the 2nd national exhibition, organized by the Museum of the Revolution, with

 

the theme of revolutionary history, he presented his work : Heroic and Indomitable.

   
 

He travelled to China, USA, Japan, France and Spain.

   
 

He lives and works in Hangzhou  China.
