As an installation artist, Li Yonggeng transforms everyday objects into works of Art,

giving them a new perception.

As a performance artist, he invited the public to destroy works from his series Sew,
|
|
by slashing them; then he sewed on again them. This needlework acts on him,
|
|
like a therapy.
